Accessible car parking
Car parking is not available to the general public on site, a number of spaces however are available for blue badge holders. Please phone ahead to book your space to ensure availability. A limited number of spaces are available in St.Columb's Park. Those with more severe disabilities should enquire about the availability of a limited number of spaces directly outside the Gallery.
Main entrance of the exhibition
There is a ramp into level 0 of the Gallery, from here there is lift and stair access to the first floor.
Wheelchairs, prams and buggies
Entry for wheelchairs, prams and buggies is via the ramp at the main entrance. Prams and buggies can be left in the cloakroom which is situated to the left of the main entrance.
Accessible facilities
The Turner Prize 2013 exhibition is fully accessible to visitors using a wheelchair. Accessible bathroom facilities are located on each floor.
Guide and hearing dogs
We welcome guide dogs and hearing dogs in the gallery. A drinking bowl is available at reception on the ground level.
Visually impaired
Signage in Braille has been provided throughout the Gallery.
Tours and programmes
Visual description tours, BSL & ISL Tours and the pilot programme for people living with dementia and their family members are all part of our main programme.
